When we took down all the party decorations, we left the balloons around the house because the boys were enjoying them so much but, after a week or so enough was enough and they had to go. So I cut a small hole in the balloon and let the boys let the air out in their own ways. Noah just hugged the balloon and laughed as it got smaller.
Ryan's method was put the balloon up to his ear so he could hear it. Then he realized it tickled when it blew into his ear so he chased us around the house blowing air into our ears.
Noah came over to me with his favorite book, 'Olivia' and read it to me. Well, he told me the story. I love this picture, he's so serious.
I came into the living room after doing some dishes and stumbled upon this scene. When I asked them what they were doing, the answer was simple, "We're exploring on a submarine." It got really funny after they reached their destination. They were 'scuba diving' around the house and looking at strange ocean creatures (mostly me).

Where do they get these ideas? We don't have TV and the kids still come up with some wonderful whoppers! How great are they!!!! And how cool that you had this scene for them to play with!
my mother in law made that for the birthday party and the boys just love it.
what little smarty pants! they are so cute- i wanna chase THEM around the house! *sigh* i miss you guys.
