We've had this couch for the past 9 years. It's second hand from my in-laws and is about 15 years old or so. We've taken good care of it and it's still in good condition. This morning Salvation Army came out to pick up some donations and deemed the couch not good enough for them? Seriously? The delivery guy gave me a name of a place who would take my couch. I called them and their qualifying question was, "Is the couch outside exposed to the elements?" Obviously their standards are a little lower and they were pleased to learn that my donation couch is indoors. Wow!!
It's about time we got on the web and attempted to stay in touch with all the people we're too busy to call.

WOOOAH--That's crazy! Glad you found somewhere that wants it!
Who knew that the Salvation Army were such couch snobs? It looks like a perfectly good piece of furniture to me.
That is so funny that the Salvation Army would be so picky. Good grief.
